Who are you?

Hi, I’m Adriana. I’m from Monterrey, Mexico, and I’ve always liked exploring different ways of creating, learning and doing business.

What have you studied?

I studied Global Business at Universidad de Monterrey and I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Marketing at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

And what have you worked on?

My experience has taken me through financial advising, business development and entrepreneurship. They are different fields, but they share something: I like turning opportunities into projects.

More creative or more strategic?

I enjoy both the creative and the strategic side. I like developing concepts, understanding how people think, organizing ideas and finding ways to make them real.

What inspires you outside of work?

I’m also passionate about design, photography, travelling, discovering places and getting to know other cultures.

Where are you headed?

I don’t want to build a career limited to a single role. I want my path to combine what I know, what I love and everything I still want to learn.

My motor

What drives me.

My motor is the possibility of building something of my own, turning ideas into real projects and showing that creativity and business can work together.

I’m motivated by learning, discovering opportunities, having independence and continuing to grow.

I don’t just want to hit professional goals. I want to develop projects that have identity, add value and let me keep evolving.

For me, success also means having the freedom to create, enjoying the process and feeling proud of what I build.

And behind every step is my family, who have always supported me to move forward. Their support is my biggest reason to keep growing.
