Modelo 13P · YO S.L. · 2026–2031

My Strategy

My personal brand is not a job title: it’s the footprint I want to build through decisions, work, relationships and results.

Why I’m building my personal brand

I want my name to represent the different parts of my path and not depend only on a job title or a company. That’s why I’m building and reorienting my personal brand around a clear positioning: creative, entrepreneur and innovation strategist.

I understand my career as a one-person organization —ME Ltd.— and the 13P model as its departments. I don’t need every P at its maximum: I choose the levers that bring me closest to my goal and check that what I communicate matches what I do.

Point A → Point B

Point A · November 2026

I have education and experience in digital marketing, financial advising, business development and entrepreneurship. My public identity is still being consolidated: my main opportunity is communicating everything coherently under my own name.

Point B · 2031

I want people to associate my name with creativity, entrepreneurial ability, innovation and execution, not with a single job or a single company.

A personal brand is the footprint other people perceive; personal branding is the decisions and actions through which I try to responsibly influence that perception. I can’t manufacture reputation with design alone: I need evidence, consistency and relationships.

Purpose

My motor

Building something of my own, learning continuously and turning ideas into real projects.

Purpose

To connect creativity, business and innovation to turn ideas into opportunities with a positive impact, putting my education and my ability to execute at the service of projects that help people, brands and organizations move forward.

Pull · what attracts me

Creating, starting things, having independence, learning, collaborating and building a path of my own.

Push · what bothers me

The idea of being pigeonholed into a title or repeating formulas with no chance to innovate. I don’t want to base my career only on the security of a position.

Success and what makes me happy

Outer side. Being recognized for what I contribute.

Inner side. Having freedom and coherence with the life I want to build, enjoying the process and feeling proud of what I build.

Mission in five blocks

BlockMy definition

What benefit I createMore clarity, identity, opportunities, execution and capacity to grow.
MetaphorI am a bridge between a creative idea and its strategic realization.

Vision 2031

By 2031 I want to be recognized as a Mexican entrepreneur and creative strategist able to connect marketing, business and innovation to drive high-impact projects.

I picture myself with an established agency, national and international projects, solid professional relationships and a personal brand that creates opportunities through my reputation. I’d like to collaborate with companies and entrepreneurs from different industries, share knowledge at events and keep learning about technology and new ways of doing business.

Goals by horizon

HorizonGoal
Short · 0–6 monthsPublish a bilingual website; document four projects; set up a sustainable routine for LinkedIn, Instagram and the blog; learn the baseline of my visibility.
Medium · 6–18 monthsDevelop collaborations, expand my professional network, present verifiable cases and take part in innovation or marketing spaces.
Long · 2029–2031Consolidate a reputation of my own and a project portfolio with national and international reach, strengthening my entrepreneurial involvement.

Analysis and diagnosis

The main gap isn’t inventing a new identity but organizing and demonstrating what already exists. I need to move from listing activities to explaining what problem I solved, how I took part and what result I could document.

Value proposition

I help brands, entrepreneurs and organizations turn ideas into projects with identity, strategy and results, connecting creativity, marketing, business and innovation.

My contribution combines marketing research and strategy, process organization, visual sensitivity and a commercial approach. Instead of presenting myself only as “creative” or “responsible”, I explain how I help organize an idea, build an identity, connect with audiences and put a project into practice.

  • CreativityIdeas with identity.
  • MarketingCommunication that connects.
  • BusinessCommercial vision and execution.
  • InnovationLearning and testing with judgment.

Digital channels

I don’t want to open accounts on every platform: I want a system where each channel has a specific role and helps people move from discovering my name to trusting my work and getting in touch.

Website + Blog

Priority 1 · my digital home

Trust + attunement

Objective
Centralize my story, portfolio and articles in a space of my own that lasts.
Audience
Companies, potential collaborators, entrepreneurs, recruiters and people looking to learn about my work.
Benefits
It’s a space of my own that organizes my information, builds authority and doesn’t depend on ephemeral posts.
Limitations
Having a website doesn’t guarantee traffic: I’ll need useful content and channels that bring visitors to the site.
Why I chose it
It lets me permanently organize my story, portfolio and articles, and it’s the format that best connects my visual identity with this strategy.
Type of content
Home, About, Experience, Selected Work, My Agency, Journal, My Strategy and Contact; articles on branding, entrepreneurship, business development learnings and innovation.
Frequency
Initial launch; one article a month and a monthly portfolio review. Initial estimate: 4–6 h per article.
Indicators
Visits to professional cases, clicks to contact and opportunities that mention coming from the site.
Role within my brand
The base: where every other channel leads.

LinkedIn

Priority 2 · professional trust

Trust

Objective
Build professional trust and connect with those who make decisions or recommend my work.
Audience
Executives, hiring managers, business leaders, peers and potential collaborators.
Benefits
Professional profiles and conversation make it possible to show experience, context and learnings, with direct contact.
Limitations
There’s a glut of generic messages; I’ll prioritize concrete experiences and a personal voice.
Why I chose it
It favors showing experience and lets me talk directly with those who can decide or recommend.
Type of content
Project cases, marketing ideas, learnings about CRM and business, reflections on entrepreneurship, technology and innovation events.
Frequency
Two posts a week, plus five professional interactions with valuable content. Estimate: 2 h a week.
Indicators
Relevant conversations, portfolio visits, new qualified contacts and proposals received.
Role within my brand
Trust channel: this is where I show what I can do.

Instagram

Priority 3 · creative attunement

Attunement

Objective
Show my creativity and personality to build closeness and attunement.
Audience
Creative entrepreneurs, brands, collaborators, content professionals and people who share my interests.
Benefits
Photography, design and visual content show my personality and the behind-the-scenes of projects; it complements LinkedIn.
Limitations
Content has a shorter shelf life, so it won’t be my main repository of experience.
Why I chose it
It builds closeness and shows my creative side, which a professional profile can’t do on its own.
Type of content
Editorial details, selected personal photography, design processes, relevant experiences and small learnings from projects.
Frequency
Two posts a week and stories with purpose, without sharing real-time locations. Estimate: 2–3 h a week.
Indicators
Professional inquiries, visits to the site, relevant saves and collaborations that start on this network.
Role within my brand
Attunement channel: this is where my style comes through.

Networking and events

Real relationships · 1:1 and 1:many

Personal trust

Objective
Develop human relationships and turn visibility into opportunities.
Audience
Professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities and organizations interested in innovation and business.
Benefits
A 1:1 conversation or taking part in front of a group builds trust that posts alone can’t.
Limitations
It takes time and has variable costs, and its reach is smaller than digital channels.
Why I chose it
It connects with my experience in projects and events and turns digital contact into relationships.
Type of content
1:1 conversations, attending events and taking part in talks, with personalized follow-up.
Frequency
At least one relevant event a month; look for a talk or participation each quarter; follow up respectfully with the people I meet.
Indicators
Follow-up meetings, concrete collaborations and recommendations; not just a count of cards or contacts.
Role within my brand
Turns visibility into relationships and opportunities.

Planning: six phases

  1. Analysis

Map my current presence, my audiences, my projects and the evidence I can actually show. Review searches for my name and listen to three people who have worked with me.

  2. Diagnosis

Recognize a communication gap: I have varied experience, but I need a common thread, documented cases and a space of my own.

  3. Options

Compare alternatives: social media only, a static portfolio, a website-blog, a publishing platform or a combined strategy with events.

  4. Strategy

Choose my own website-blog + LinkedIn + Instagram + networking; combine a creative editorial tone with professional evidence; postpone other channels.

  5. Goals

Set milestones: four published cases, twelve qualified contacts and three opportunities generated by the brand within six months, subject to measurement.

  6. Plan

Organize activities, owners, timing, costs to be defined and success criteria; keep a monthly cycle of publishing and review.

Progress: three phases

  1. Execution

I’ll publish the first version with real content, start an editorial calendar and document projects from the start. I’ll use a folder of assets, permissions and evidence so the site’s texts can be updated without improvising.

  2. Control

I’ll measure only three main indicators tied to evidence, relationships and opportunities. At the start I’ll record the real baseline; I won’t invent results to give the impression the plan already worked.

  3. Maintenance

Monthly review of metrics and content, and quarterly review of profiles, links, texts, authorized material and visual coherence. If a section is left abandoned, I’ll fix it before it affects the impression of professionalism (the “Broken Windows Syndrome”).

Artificial intelligence as a support tool

I use it to support my work, not to replace my professional judgment.

  • ResearchExplore and organize information, always checking it against reliable sources.
  • CreativityGenerate drafts and alternative angles that I then rewrite in my own voice.
  • PlanningStructure calendars, checklists and reviews.
  • ProductivitySummarize and organize time so I can spend more energy deciding and creating.

Everything I publish will be reviewed, corrected and owned by me. I won’t use AI to invent experiences, results or testimonials.

Final reflection

Preparing this strategy helps me understand that my personal brand is not a job, a company or a collection of pretty photos. It’s the reputation I build through what I do, how I relate to people and how I back my decisions with results.

I used to see my experiences in marketing, business development, entrepreneurship and innovation as separate areas. Now I want them to share one idea: I like taking initiative, combining creativity with strategy and making projects happen. My task isn’t to invent an identity, but to give it order and show it authentically.

I also learned that being on every network doesn’t mean positioning better. I prefer a website of my own that keeps my work, LinkedIn to build trust, Instagram to show my creative side and personal relationships that help me keep growing.

I know a reputation is built with time and consistency. My goal isn’t to accumulate followers, but that when someone needs a professional who joins creativity, business and innovation, they consider working with me because of what I’ve shown.
